Didit Agency Acquires ‘Print Digital Plus’ to Augment its Suite of Marketing Services

Melville, NY & Ronkonkoma, NY – January 10, 2019 – Full-service marketing and communications agency, Didit, announces today that it has acquired the Ronkonkoma, New York-based marketing agency Print Digital Plus. The acquisition is Didit’s 11th purchase over a six-year span in its continued effort to bolster its offerings in order to provide a wide array of traditional and digital services to today’s clients.

According to the transaction, which closed on January 9, 2019, Print Digital Plus will retain its company name under DiditDM, and move its office location and personnel to DiditDM’s direct mail facility at 15 East Bethpage Road in Plainview, NY. The date of the move has not been decided upon yet.

This acquisition will allow DiditDM to continue its expansion in the high quality design, print and mail space, and add Print Digital Plus’s large format printing to the Plainview facility. Print Digital Plus will be able to offer Didit’s expertise in strategic, results-oriented marketing and public relations, digital solutions, and strategic approach and analytics assessment to its client base.

For 13 years, the team at Print Digital Plus has been providing personalized digital printing, personalized print marketing, creative services, cross media marketing, web and mobile services and offset printing and mailing. One of the agency’s coveted services, Personalized Variable Data marketing, provides targeted marketing to reach audiences based on customer needs, interests and data in order to increase conversion rates. 70% of the firm’s digital work incorporates this service.
