Our Team

Heidi joined Didit in 2007 and was promoted to COO in 2023. She oversees Didit’s day-to-day operational business functions, working with each department to ensure efficiencies to balance the needs of the business with the needs of employees. Heidi continues to be responsible for attracting and retaining the superior talent that Didit needs to service the most complex campaigns in the industry and advance its position as an industry-leading agency. Heidi came to Didit from Hudson, a global staffing and solutions firm, where she was Director of HR. Prior to Hudson, she spent most of her career at Grey Group (part of WPP) where she was Vice President of Human Resources. Heidi received her B.A. in Communications from Hofstra University and Masters in Education from Hunter College.
