Manager, Paid Search

Didit is looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Paid Search Specialist with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing agency environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple client accounts, optimizing paid search campaigns, and delivering measurable results across diverse industries. What You'll Do:
· Manage and optimize Paid Search campaigns for multiple clients across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms
· Develop customized strategies aligned with each client’s goals, industry and budget
· Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and implement audience targeting strategies
· Monitor campaign performance and proactively adjust bids, budgets and targeting to improve ROI
· Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients on a regular basis
· Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices in digital advertising
What We’re Looking For:
4-5 years of hands-on Paid Search experience in-house or agency environment
· Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics
· Strong understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking
· Client facing experience, managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Google Ads Certification (preferred)
· Proven track record of building, maintaining and scaling multiple brands
Who You Are:
· Experience with eCommerce, B2B, SEO, and paid social platforms
· Proficiency in Excel
· Working knowledge of SEO and how it complements Paid Search
· Experience working with reporting tools/platforms like Looker or Search 360
· Ability to thrive in a deadline driven, collaborative agency environment
· Familiarity with paid social platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Tik Tok Ads)
