Accounts Payable Manager (Part-time, On-site)
Didit, a full-service marketing agency located in Melville, NY, is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager. The Accounts Payable Manager will be responsible for all aspects of vendor payables management. This is a part-time position requiring approximately twenty-four (24) hours/per week, on-site.
What You Will Do:
- Review invoices for accuracy, confirm approval and code for entry
- Input all invoices for entry into financial system
- Process all vendor payments
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding open invoices or payment status
- Report to the Senior Financial Officer
Who You Are:
- Three (3) years’ experience preferred in Accounts Payable
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal skills
- Highly organized
- Self-motivated, analytical thinker
- Display initiative and flexibility
- Strong sense of accountability
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Experience with NetSuite a plus
Salary: $30-$32 per hour
