Mineola, NY – July 27, 2016 – The personnel of integrated marketing and communications agency Didit participated in the 11th annual Marcum Workplace Challenge at Jones Beach State Park on Tuesday, July 26, 2016. The 3.5 mile run/walk is Long Island’s largest ‘office picnic’ as walkers and runners from local companies, organizations and government agencies gathered to raise funds for charities, including the Long Island Children’s Museum, Long Island Cares -The Harry Chapin Food Bank, the Children’s Medical Fund of New York and the Nassau County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
This has become an annual event that Didit employees look forward to. “We are always grateful for opportunities to give back to our community, especially through fun and engaging initiatives such as this one,” said Didit CEO Dave Pasternack. “It was an honor for Didit to participate in this year’s workplace challenge and support the local charities, all while getting a great workout.”
The Marcum Workplace Challenge is sponsored by Marcum LLP and organized by the Greater Long Island Running Club.
