Didit has bought Inceptor, an established Waltham, Massachusetts -based service provider whose specialties include SEO, Social Media, CSE (Comparison Shopping Engine) and PLA (Product Listing Ads) management. The deal will, in the words of Didit’s CEO, Kevin Lee, allow the combined firm to serve as a “one-stop shop” for search. Didit and Inceptor will continue to function as standalone brands; the acquisition allows existing clients of both firms to benefit from their complementary technology and service offerings, including Didit’s Maestro, which Didit’s President, Dave Pasternack, noted “will have a dramatic positive impact on Inceptor’s client campaigns.”
